The Gchat platform located at https://gchat.id is operated by PT Aktech Digital Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gchat website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. You must be at least 17 years of age to use this Service.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

2. User Content

"User Content" means any content that you submit, post, or transmit through the Service, including text, photos, videos, and messages.

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Service
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it
• You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by PT Aktech Digital Solutions and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Aktech Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
