Correct use of puffing equipment

⑴ The box bearings should be filled with lubricating grease in time, and the lubricating grease should be replaced once after 500 hours of operation. (Appropriate grease should be added before the new machine is operated, and the oil should be changed after 200 hours of operation.)

⑵ Other bearing parts should be filled with grease regularly.

⑶ It is forbidden to use hard hammers to disassemble and assemble the screw, screw sleeve and other vulnerable parts, and it is forbidden to place heavy objects or stand on the extrusion chamber.

⑷ The extruded raw materials should be sorted to prevent foreign objects such as metal from entering the machine and damaging the parts.

⑸ Check the quality of the extrusion equipment at any time and pay attention to replacing vulnerable parts.

⑹ Keep the surrounding of the equipment clean.

⑺ When the machine is stopped for a long time or the extruded materials are replaced, the materials in the extrusion chamber should be cleaned to avoid agglomeration, mildew or cross-contamination between materials.

⑻Since the wearing parts near the discharge port wear relatively quickly, and the wearing parts near the feed port wear less, when replacing wearing parts, they should be replaced sequentially from the discharge end, and it is not advisable to replace multiple parts at one time.
